Properties can only be marketed discretely on REALPORTICO if it is indeed a discreet marketing process and the property is not simultaneously being advertised publicly on other portals or websites.
There is no exclusive commitment. The client can also market the property through other channels or individuals as long as the listing is not publicly accessible or discoverable.
In principle, both private sellers and real estate agencies can market properties discreetly.
A one-time processing fee is charged per property for discreet marketing. Further details regarding the cooperation and terms are individually arranged in a cooperation agreement with the client.
The marketing duration is based on the individual requirements of the client. Early termination of the marketing is possible at any time, provided there are no binding inquiries or ongoing negotiations.

Secret sale property listings are seamlessly integrated into the general property search and can be toggled on or off using a dedicated filter. This filter, along with the corresponding listings, is exclusively visible to users with access.
Verified users will automatically receive an email notification when new discreet properties become available. Alternatively, the PORTICO Secrets filter can be activated in the property search.
